The Tongling Nonferrous Metals Project mainly cools the crystallizers of two sets of horizontal continuous casting units, with high precision requirements for the outlet water temperature. Our company has selected an internal circulation cooling water system for this project, and we provide the overall design and construction of the process system, including design, pipeline construction, and main equipment (chiller unit, circulating water pump). The outlet water temperature has been accurately controlled within 25 ℃± 2 ℃, achieving the design requirements for cooling effect perfectly.
Baosteel Group's stainless steel production line located in Ningde uses our company's H-type high-temperature differential mixed flow closed cooling tower for cooling the blast furnace chamber. There are a total of 8 sets of mixed flow cooling towers. Due to the reasonable process of the pre cooling device, the mixed flow type is relatively easy to achieve the 8-10 ℃ temperature difference required for blast furnace cooling, and the coils are not prone to scaling.
The construction of a 6 * 4500KVA fully enclosed submerged arc furnace project by Inner Mongolia Jinglei Industrial Co., Ltd. is a third level major construction project.
