working principle

The       evaporative condenser is a condensing device that uses the evaporation of spray water to remove the latent heat of vaporization, thereby condensing the cold gaseous medium in the condensing coil. Evaporative condenser uses water and air as cooling media, and utilizes the mass transfer of water vapor carried away by water evaporation and forced flow of air to drive heat transfer for heat transfer. When the evaporative condenser is working, the cooling water is pumped to the spray nozzle on the upper part of the heat exchange tube bundle by the water pump, and evenly sprayed on the outer surface of the heat exchange tube bundle to form a thin water film. The gas that needs to be condensed enters from the upper part of the heat exchanger, and the condensed water flows out from the lower part of the heat exchanger. The cooling water sprayed on the outer surface of the heat exchange tube absorbs the heat of the steam, and a part evaporates into water vapor, while the rest falls into the lower collection tray and is circulated by the water supply pump. The fan forces air to sweep over the heat exchange tube bundle, promoting water film evaporation and taking away steam, while cooling the water droplets that have not evaporated and fallen; Water droplets carried by forced air during the evaporation process are collected by the upper water collector and then fall back into the lower water tank to reduce water dispersion; The water tank is equipped with a float valve, which can automatically open to replenish cooling water when the water level in the tank is too low due to continuous evaporation and loss of water.
